An amazing app, super professional and smart MD. Extremely well done.

I had a conference with a doctor, and at the final step - the doctor left the session and I was sent back to a blank screen. After that I cant get past the "talk to a doctor" button, Ive been charged for the session, and received 0 confirmation or receipt of purchase. Support has ignored me thus far, stay far away - Im amazed Apple condones this.

Despite some video technical issues on their side the process was super easy except that not a single dispensary allowed to PDF that is emailed to you so it takes 3-5 days to get the actual document. For those of you (like me) that thought it would be same day and go to the store with a printed copy they emailed you thinking wow that was super fun say and fast.. Think again. Its not going to work like that.

Good luck trying to get a consultation, this is a scam! Im disputing my charge.

Got bumped waiting to talk to a doctor, ended up waiting 4 hours before I walked to a place and got on in 30 minutes. Its actually faster to do this IRL.

App is crappy! Followed steps, when Im about to pay... App keeps displaying an error message that say card number invalid.. I tried using another visa cc, still the same. Also, when I was about to take a pic of my DL the app just by itself moved to the form section, so Im not sure if thats the reason why my application is not going through... fix your app!

Not sure the point of this app now - its constantly making me wait for an appointment then timed out saying there are too many people in front of me.

I cant sign into my existing account to start the webcam process using the app. I entered info in a safari tab and it had a link to the Eaze MD app in the App Store. Downloaded, did internal app update and it wont work.

I keep getting the same DR and he says he cant hear me and hangs up theres nothing wrong with my phone it works perfectly and when u try and go back they cut u off. This app is useless

Securing a medical card - 5 stars. Actually purchasing product - 1 star. Menu is incredibly annoying: product availability always changes. Id rather walk to a store than constantly refreshing the app in the hopes that my desired product will appear.

This app will not allow you to gain access to a the app itself...is says sign in, but it wont let you sign in..even on the computer, I have tried making payments to get a consultation, but as one might imagine—it doesnt. "Incorrect card detail" and so fourth. Calling me crazy? I put it in twenty times. Someone please give me feedback.

I had a fantastic experience during my online consultation through EazeMD to obtain my medical recommendation. The doctor was very professional, concise, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

This app is absolutely useless. There is no way to sign in. I should mention that ordering through their website has been great. Absolutely amazing service in the San Diego area. Super quick, quality flowers, and great prices. For now Im leaving it at 1 star since Im rating the app and not the service itself.

It wont let me complete my account info (card information) in order to talk to a doctor. I might just go see a physical Doctor.

So as for everyone having problems, I had them too. Just log on through the actual website on a computer, and it should work. Then once you actually input your info, you can go back on your phone, log in, and speak to a doctor. As for the service. It was awesome, thanks to Dr. Davidson, he was very knowledgable and helpful. Concise and told me which types of marijuana I should be taking and actually recommended a couple of different capes as a healthier alternative. Got my recommendation instantaneously and I used it the same day haha. Well definitely recommend to everyone.
