You guys supposedly sent my recommendation on the 12/24/15 and i still havent gotten it

App Is not allowing me to sign in. Log in page will not even show

If this changes, Ill up my review. Right now, I enter my CC info and it is constantly rejected.

This was a simple and easy way to get my rec letter. The wait for quick and I immediately received a copy of my letter. Overall a very convenient, cost effective and professional experience.

So the app isn’t really useful at the moment. You only login and it opens the Eaze store on Safari. Not a big deal, just that it’s not useful at all. I just want to review EazeMD itself. 1 word, EAZY!!!! The whole entire process from the very beginning (setting up account, talking to doctor, getting recommendation) is very easy and took only 30 minutes, and literally less than 5 minutes with the doctor. Btw, it’s only $40 for everything! I immediately got my recommendation to download and am currently waiting on the physical copy. My doctor I spoke with told me everyone thinks you need an actual Medical Card to get into dispensaries, but she told me all you need is the recommendation. Thank you Eaze!

Praise the heavens I did NOT have to go to downtown Venice beach or to an actual doctors office so far away to receive my recommendation! This app is a miracle. I got my verification through video call, took 10 min! & recommendation letter... In the same day that I got my first delivery to my door with WeedMaps! So quick and easy. Everything is legit. Couldnt be more impressed!

Eaze and their affiliates are horrible to work with. Nothing but issues: -staff not knowledgeable on tech or product -have been shorted as much as 2g product -sometimes, they dont even show up even if request is submitted before cutoff time This specific app just loops me around in the payment page over and over again since 3:30pm PST. Theres no information on the site that is helpful in troubleshooting issues. Cost Service can even read emails when I say, "...there are no error messages." it means just that. Dont keep asking me what error message I am getting three more times. No matter what I do with this group and their affiliates, it doesnt work. I have nothing but bad things to say about them and their apps. Unfortunately, this forum doesnt allow those words to be written here. One star only because they made me.

I have gone to an actual marijuana doctor before, and this is absolutely the better way to go. I signed up around 5pm on a Sunday without even leaving my backyard! They ask you a few simple questions, ask you to take a picture of your drivers license, and then your payment information. After all that is squared away they hook you up With a doctor over the phone, and that conversation lasts about 5 minutes and you are done. They emailed me a pdf of my recommendation I printed that out and went to one of my old favorite dispensaries and yes, it was successful. Ease is in incredible and definitely takes all the stress out of getting your rec. The only downside is Im located in San Jose, California where Eaze cannot deliver because of regulatory laws and you have to be 21 years old to go into a dispensary in Santa Clara county. I recommend this all day.

App has issues!!! Will NOT allow me to input debit info, therefore I cannot see the Dr, hence nothing!!!

Ok so the app worked great, was able to get a dr recommendation right away. Problem is that the PDF version they give you is useless. The stamped letter takes 5-10 days. What they are trying to make you think is that its a super fast and easy way to get your meds. What I found out is that there dispensary does not serve my area. They let you find this out after you try to order. So now Im stuck. Should have gone to our local dr. My advice is DONT USE THIS SERVICE unless you are sure you live in there delivery area and want to use their services.

it robbed me of $30 for a meeting that didnt even last 2 minutes! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

Love this service. Allow for at least two weeks for the hard copy recommendation to arrive in mail.

The app starts up and tells you there is an update available and forcing you to download it. If you do so the app will just freeze on the launch screen forever, no matter how many times you re-launch it. I deleted the app, re-installed it and launched it in airplane mode so I could get around the forced broken update. Then the app told me it only works in California and I cant use it. I AM IN SAN FRANCISCO. Zero stars.
